TONY JAMES

Having worked in several Fortune 500 companies—UPS, Wells Fargo, Men’s Wearhouse, and AIG, to name a few—Tony has had quite a decorated career in management, business development, and sales. His knowledge, wisdom, vision, and professional skillsets have allowed him to artistically bring his clients and peers to higher levels of performance with work-related goals and personal development.

After years of corporate work, Tony observed a huge gap between individuals seeking and receiving financial advice—and actually obtaining the financial success they expected. This was absolutely unacceptable for him! He saw this as a real travesty: pay for financial advice, receive a financial-success plan, and, yet, not have the personal tools, or the necessary training, to put it into action and experience the lasting results they were promised!

He realized what was really holding people back from being successful in all areas of their lives was their limiting beliefs, so he launched his own financial coaching practice!

Believing it’s important to be a skilled and trustworthy practitioner in any field—especially when individuals rely heavily on your knowledge and insight for their success—he earned his Securities, Life Insurance, Real Estate, and Loan Officer licenses and built a thriving practice supporting people in these financial markets as well.

Tony, personally, provides educational scholarships to first year college students, and his private company employs as many high school interns as possible each year because he sees them as the future!

He, literally, champions the philosophy of equipping students with the right education, tools, and opportunities because he knows they stand a much better chance of success in the workplace, personal relationships, and with their own finances when they receive this kind of support.

With a real intent to positively impact his community, he has served on executive committees for non-profit organizations, school boards, and is currently the School Board President for his youngest son’s school. He has coached competitive soccer, practiced judo, and is a loving, supportive father to 3 outstanding children—one of whom is in college!

Tony loves speaking to audiences, and coaching individuals, about financial strategy, mindset, abundance, and people’s personal relationship with money—is dedicated to providing 10,000 scholarships a year!
